All composite documents are bookmarked for easier navigation.  The bookmarks should appear on the left hand side of the document when you open it by default. However, if they do not, click on the icon as illustrated below to open them. 

Alternatively, you may go to View > Navigational Panels and click on "Bookmarks".

Once you open the bookmarks for a document, they will look similar to what appears below.  You may select further options to view the document's bookmarks by clicking on "Options".
