In the biblical series, Entering and Reigning in the Kingdom--Our ONLY Focus, Iain MacMillan poses the question, "What was Jesus Christ's CENTRAL message?"  For many Christians and non-Christians alike, this question seems almost self explanatory; yet what becomes clear throughout this series is that for the most part, Jesus Christ's central message has been lost and continues to be so by most.  Many today talk "ABOUT" Jesus, but miss what He actually proclaimed: the good news about the Kingdom to come on earth.

As we delve into the Scriptures, it becomes clear that Christ's central message has been hidden by Satan, the god of this age.  Satan has used, not only the systems of the age to hide this message, but also many of the religious structures of this "present evil age".

"In whom the god of this age hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them." 2 Corinthians 4:4

In this series "the glorious gospel of Christ" is clearly defined as the good news of His coming Kingdom.  The focus of this series is entering and reigning with Christ in this Kingdom.  It is never enough just to "see" the Kingdom and therefore, "seeing" is excluded from the title.  Some will "see it", but will never enter or reign in it.  As workmen of God's Word we must continually go back to the Scriptures to gain a firm foundation for ALL of our beliefs.

It is only when we understand these foundational truths that we will realize what we need to do in order to have a glorious entrance into His coming Kingdom and to reign with our Lord and Savior when He comes again to resurrect all those who are His.
